► The Spring Gathering of Florida Presbytery's Presbyterian Women, with the theme "New Beginnings", is just days away! First Presbyterian Church of Lynn Haven is looking forward to hosting this first in-person event in 3 years on Saturday, March 18. Trinity Presbytery Church, Pensacola will host a two-day missions training seminar with Teach to Transform Friday and Saturday, March 17 and 18, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST. Training participants will become qualified to teach simple medical skills to missionaries. Teach To Transform equips missionaries around the world with medical and vocational skills they can use to share the gospel of Christ. There are roles for medical and non-medical people and all educational levels. Click here for a flier with details. Fellowship Presbyterian, Tallahassee, is looking for a new music director for a blended service of contemporary and traditional music. The director would need to have some familiarity with contemporary music and lead a small ensemble by playing the piano or guitar, and will also be tasked with directing the choir each Sunday in a choral anthem. Additionally, some knowledge in areas of leading a handbell choir and children’s choir would be helpful but not required, only a willingness to learn. Time required each week is Wednesday from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. ET and Sunday morning from 9 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. ET. Please send resumes or inquiries to revmealor@gmail.com.

Dogwood Acres has plenty of excitement in store in the coming months, with registration now open for six different summer camp options, including a week of camp specifically for high schoolers. Wondering what camp life is like? Join in DWA's Open House Saturday, April 15, to experience a typical day in the life of a camper. Tallahassee Talks with Brian Sorne, a weekly radio show celebrating Tallahasseans' history, diversity, and creativity, interviewed Fellowship Presbyterian, Tallahassee, pastor Rev. A. J. Mealor March 4 about his personal determination to challenge “houselessness” and create affordable housing opportunities by way of his membership in the recently-formed Capital Area Justice Ministry. ►Members of Gulf Beach Presbyterian, Panama City Beach, and Grace Presbyterian, Panama City, will gather together at Grace Thursday, March 23, at 5 p.m. CDT for a homemade pasta medley dinner, followed by a speaker from Anchorage Children’s Home. At the end of the evening, they'll explore as a group how they might join together in supporting the organization.

First Presbyterian Church of Milton's latest missions project to help their community involves collecting school supplies and toys for Capstone Academy Milton Day Care Center. Capstone is a free public charter school specializing in assisting individuals with developmental delays/disabilities. The Milton location specializes in children ages 3 to 5, providing them with education, speech, occupational, and physical therapy.

First Presbyterian Church of DeFuniak Springs' "Egg My Yard" fundraiser will benefit church Christian education. Area residents may order candy-filled eggs to be hidden in their yards the afternoon of Sunday, March 26, for a fun surprise visit from Peter Cottontail. ► Registration is now open for "Hero Hotline" VBS at Faith Presbyterian, Tallahassee, June 19 - 23 for kids 3 years (by January 1 and potty trained) through 5th grade. The Hero Hotline: Called Together to Serve God! theme is based on Romans 14:19: "So let's strive for the things that bring peace and the things that build each other up." Cost is $10 per child. ► PC(USA) Racial Equity and Women's Intercultural Ministries will present "Women Leading in the Church," with Christine Darden, Presbyterian and NASA engineer fetured in the book and film Hidden Figures, via Zoom Tuesday, March 14, noon-1 p.m. CT/1-2 p.m. ET. Join in the 67th Commission on the Status of Women for Darden's conversation with Presbyterian Mission Agency President and Executive Director Rev.
