What do you have going on that you're especially proud of?
Currently, I'm most proud of getting into Occidental College. I worked really hard on my application and my academics over the past 4 years, and I'm glad that paid off. I'm glad I'll be able to continue my education in LA and be somewhere I've always wanted to be!
What are the 2–3 things you love about Amplify the most?
I love the community of Amplify. Ever since I started going when I was 11, I have made lifelong friends that are basically my family. I have always been welcomed by everyone and been encouraged to keep being myself. Along with that, Amplify helped develop my love of learning music. Without Amplify, my love of playing music may have never been discovered, and I am forever grateful that Amplify has unlocked this love. I also love how there's something for everyone at Amplify. No matter how experienced you are with a certain instrument, you will always learn more. Your creativity will skyrocket while you're there, and I am always pleasantly surprised with the music my friends and I come up with.
What's been your favorite thing to listen to lately?
Recently, my favorite thing to listen to is beabadoobee's album Beatopia! She has such an amazing voice and is so talented. I love her style of music so much, and she is a huge inspiration.
