I'll bet you have thought at least ONE of these limiting beliefs before when daydreaming about your goals...

"Who am I to have that?"
"Good stuff like that doesn't happen to me"
"Someone else deserves it more"
"What will others think of me?"
"What if I lose it all/fuck it up?"
"What if it changes me and not for the better?"
"How will this goal happen?!"
"When will it manifest?!"


🙋‍♀️ Honestly, I've thought them ALL at one point and hear my client say them or something similar in sessions almost daily. 

It's normal to believe you aren't worthy of your desires, to feel unsafe to receive or have them, and especially to worry about the how and the when of it all!

Those 3 are the MOST common ones I have heard and also experienced myself in the past 5 years of studying & teaching manifestation.

While I wouldn't say these beliefs are "blocking" you as many "law of attraction experts" say on the internet, I will say they may be slowing you down and killing your motivation to go after your dreams!

How many times have you thought about starting that book 📚 you've been wanting to write, 📱 calling that cute girl for a date, or finally getting that yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ pass but stop because that little b*tch in your head said, "Who are you to do/have that? What will other's think of you?"

When are thoughts and emotions aren't in congruence with your goals, it is hard as hell to take the actions needed to achieve it!

Trust me, I know. I've been there. I witness myself to do it countless times a day and constantly have to shift the beliefs holding me back.

💖 Find two or three affirmations from this week's EFT Tap-A-Long and repeat them daily in the mirror to yourself! Along with rewiring like we just did, repetition is a great way to start integrating and eventually embody new beliefs!
