State Convention Updates!

The FAX for GJCL State Convention 2023 has been published and can be found here! We are back to a three-day schedule for State Convention.
Registration - two upcoming deadlines
March 17th: $175 for students and $150 for chaperones. This is the last date for refunds to be requested, as any refunds after 3/17/23 will not be honored.
March 31st: $190 for students and $150 for chaperons (note that sponsors will always attend for free, no matter the deadline). Please check the fax linked above for a more detailed registration process.
Important Information
- If you are interested in running for state office, please check the website candidacy page for more information. Papers of candidacy (a google form) are due on April 1st along with a teacher recommendation if you are intending to run for any office, not just the elected ones. If you want to run, please run!!
- Nominations committee will be held in person this year! Refer to the fax for information regarding that, and please contact our Parliamentarian Daniel Lee at deunkhang@gmail.com if you have further questions.
- That's Entertainment returns!! Check the fax if you are interested in auditioning, and we're excited for a great show this year!
- Certain academic tests will be conducted online pre-convention, and they are as follows: Reading Comprehension, Greek Culture/History, Greek Derivatives, and Latin Grammar. Any test not listed will be conducted in a testing block during convention.
- Apply for GJCL scholarships! The details are outlined in the fax, and anyone eligible is encouraged to apply for scholarships that will be given out this year.
