There were 21 objections.
This was refused by the Planning Committee on 6th February 2023.
The first reason cited was lack of on-site parking provision. The third was mass, bulk and siting in relation to nearby properties.

This was an application to build a detached, three-storey house and integral garage; and detached three-storey building comprising 2 houses and 2 flats following demolition of the existing Italianate style Victorian villa.
It was withdrawn by the developer on 13th February 2023
A new application is likely to be submitted in due course.

TRG submitted its response to the following two Elmbridge proposals:
to stop publishing representation letters for planning applications on the Council’s website
to cease delivering hard copies of the Local Plan consultation documents to all public libraries
TRG disagreed with both proposals. Its response can be seen here.
Weybridge Festival, 17th-25th June 2023
The Weybridge Society is organising a series of events in churches, the Synagogue, Brookland College, shops, pubs and restaurants throughout this period. The Community Fair at the Recreation Ground is scheduled for Saturday 24th June 2023, 12.00-18.00.
