In October 2022, David Livingstone Birthplace hosted creative practitioners from the Scottish African diaspora for two days of storytelling through spoken word, dance, music and workshops.
The free weekend was programmed by Scottish-Zimbabwean artist and researcher, Natasha Thembiso Ruwona, in partnership with The Skinny magazine.
Now, The Skinny, in partnership with We Are Here Scotland, presents this four-part podcast series, exploring the conversations, questions, creativity and reflections that emerged from Our Stories: Between the Myths and Memories.
