Thank you to everyone who attended our 20th Annual Membership Meeting yesterday! The Annual Meeting is a time to reflect on the great things happening in Capitol Hill and how far we have come in the last 20 years of service.
Mayor Muriel Bowser (pictured top left) gave a great keynote speech on the recovery of the District, Ward 6 Councilmember Charles Allen (pictured bottom left) shared his pride in what the BID and our "Men in Blue" have done for the community, and BID Ambassador India Person (pictured top right) reflected on coming into her 20th year of employment with the BID.
Patty Brosmer, BID President, gave her Annual President's Report recapping the many successes documented in the report and announced all Board Members with expiring terms were officially re-elected and we are welcoming Doug Carr, Jimmy Olevson, Mike Berman and Zachary Hoffman as new board members!
If you were unable to attend, take a moment to check out our Annual Report celebrating 20 years of service!
