Google Docs Phishing Comments

A new phishing tactic has emerged; attackers are using the comments feature of Google Docs to send phishing messages.  These attacks are challenging to prevent at the moment since the comment appears to come from Google. Effective Hybrid Events: Lab Conference Rooms

Finding and reserving the right space is the first step in running effective hybrid meetings and events. IT Audio Visual (AV) Services provides support for public conference rooms at Berkeley Lab. A conference room is considered “public” when it is open to anyone at the Lab to reserve via Google Calendar.

Intelligent Antivirus Protection with CrowdStrike

CrowdStrike Falcon is Berkeley Lab's official antivirus system. CrowdStrike uses AI/ML-powered threat intelligence, behavioral analysis, and machine learning algorithms to detect and prevent cyber attacks in real-time. Sophos Antivirus will be discontinued in July 2023. Download CrowdStrike from software.lbl.gov to make the switch today.
