Some last minute updates about Saturday's final league match at Pontypool.

The finish of the race is around the OUTSIDE of the famous Pontypool RFC's match pitch. The Rugby Pitch itself is out of bounds, there are plenty of other grass areas for athletes to warm up on (you will appreciate that they don't want anyone running on the pitch itself).  However, we can use the stand to give you a good view.  

We hope to do presentations on the day for juniors (up to U20).  This will be done at the bandstand, which is by point J on the map.  Please take great care when crossing the course, but you may be over that way anyway watching other races.

We'll probably do presentations for U11s to U15s sometime during the senior women's race, and the U17s and U20s during the men's race.  Presentations will be made in the same order as the races.

We'll announce the imminence of presentations over the PA system in the rugby stand with 10 minutes warning.  You may or may not be able to hear this at the tent area, but should hear it if watching the races.

Senior and masters awards will be available for collection at the AGM (date TBA).

U17 and U20 women please note this tweak to your course: we've swapped your laps around from the original course map, so you now do a medium then a large lap (rather than the original large then medium).  Distances are unchanged.

Please note carefully the availability and locations of parking.  There is plenty of parking in Pontypool overall, but the nearest car parks may be full when you arrive, so please do plan ahead.
