Two Peaks One Book Returns! This year we have chosen "A Man Called Ove" as our selection. This debut novel by Stockholm native Fredrik Backman introduces us to Ove....a thoroughly grumpy older man who has staunch principals, a quick temper and who is contemplating putting an end to it all, when circumstances and life gets in the way. We travel on back to what got him to this place through flashbacks and reflections on love and loss. The writing is charming and often funny, the characters are original and Ove is bittersweet and unforgettable. It will make you laugh and cry. Give your little ones the best start with “The Basics” (Free lunch, too!)
Five workshops meeting one Wednesday per month for parents and caregivers of young children on The Basics, science-based tenets that support social, emotional, and cognitive development of children from birth to age three. We are scheduled to meet on the Wednesdays listed below and appreciate those that are able to RSVP for any or all of the sessions. This will allow us to have enough materials brought over. We are also providing lunch for each session. Please know that an RSVP is NOT REQUIRED just appreciated.

Play Time 10:30-11:00
Lunch and Boston Basic’s 11:00-12:00

Music Bingo was a hit!
We are STILL looking for small puzzle pieces to repurpose for our next Music Bingo!
Do you have a puzzle that is missing some pieces or you no longer use as a puzzle? We would love to have the pieces for bingo markers! The smaller the better as the cards and squares are not very big. Please bring them by the library if you have small puzzle pieces to donate. Thank you!
