California State PTA hereby calls upon its members to send duly accredited delegates to the California State PTA Convention 2023 from April 21-23 in Sacramento, California. Convention is a legitimate PTA expense. Consider it professional development for PTA leaders. Funding for convention and related expenses may be paid for by the PTA or school site if approved. You will play a key role in deciding the future of your PTA as we conduct the business of the association, vote on Resolutions, and elect our 2023-25 California State PTA leaders.

We are excited to present you with your Convention Chronicle. Please share this information with your members and discuss the direction they would like the delegates to take. Your chance to meet and network with other advocates from across the state interested in learning more about key issues that affect children, youth and families. Spend two days participating in learning activities and hearing from legislative leaders and experts on issues you care about. Students who serve as board members are valuable and valued members of our state organization. Through their participation and meeting attendance, students share their perspectives on current issues, voice their concerns, and provide insights based on their experiences. All while developing their leadership skills under the mentorship of state PTA leaders.
