Find Your Happy | Stepping into Being You
Mar 11 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Most of us create ourselves and our lives based on what we have bought as true – a compilation of conclusions and judgements of “rights” and “wrongs”, that aren’t ours!  No wonder we sometimes feel a bit…lost!  Sooner or later, whatever points of view you’ve bought as true gets in the way of you actually enjoying your life; of you knowing what is really true–for you–and choosing that.  You will learn tools, techniques and pragmatic questions designed to take you from running your life on autopilot–into becoming fully alive and totally present!

Class hosted by certified Access Bars Facilitator Tiffany Tichota

Cost: $40 per individual class
