In what seems to have become a trend over the last year or so, last month’s high-flying performance was followed by pullbacks and losses this month. Oh, will the back and forth ever end...?
 
In other news, we are on the verge of purchasing our first home! Once we close the deal, be on the lookout for a new “Home Equity” category in our Monthly Financial Update table. We’ll use this category to snapshot our current equity in the house.

Monthly Financial Update (Full Breakdown):
This month we had a -1.78% pullback in our investment portfolio. This puts us at 120.0% of our retirement number!
