YouTube Spotlight ~ Freehling Finds
If you have noticed the frosted front windows at Goolrick’s Pharmacy in Downtown Fredericksburg, you might be wondering what is going on. In this week’s edition, Bill talks to Jeh Hicks and Josh Grady of Jarrell Properties, Inc., the new owner of this historic property. We took a tour of the building to see what remains of the old structure and to hear about the renovation plans for bringing Goolrick’s back to life. Rest assured that the soda fountain, milk shakes, sandwiches and more will be coming back. We also learned more about the history of Fredericksburg through some of the scars still visible in the basement of the building. If you want to track the progress of the Goolrick’s renovation,  go to goolricksfxbg.com.

Freehling Finds is always looking for new topics to feature in upcoming editions.
