Two Pairs Advance in Student Body Co-President Election
After the second round of voting, the final two pairs are: Ryan Chen ’24 and Sakina Cotton ’24, and Nor DeHoog ’24 and Ryan Lam ’24. The two pairs shared information about their platforms. Click here to read more about the 2023-2024 Student Body Co-President elections.

New Computer Science Curriculum Creates More Flexibility in Content and Scheduling for Students
The Computer Science Department introduced a new Computer Science curriculum beginning in Fall 2023. With two years in development, the new curriculum focuses on having Computer Science term-contained electives, compared to year-long courses, and to provide more learning opportunities by offering a range of Computer Science courses. Girls Wrestling Places First at NEPSWA Championships, Boys Finish Top Ten
Andover hosted the New England Independent School Wrestling Association (NEPSWA) Championship for the first time in the Snyder Center. The team won the NEPSWA title in the Girls Division, while the the team placed ninth out of 41 in the Boys Division. Click here to read more about Andover Wrestling's performance this week.

Girls Swimming and Diving Earn Two New School Records at Easterns
This past weekend, Andover Girls Swimming and Diving placed fourth at the Eastern Interscholastic Swimming and Diving Championship (Easterns). Both Ariana Zhao ’25 and Elissa Kim ’24 broke school records at this championship meet, and the team shared how they prepared for this weekend.  Click here to read more about Easterns.

A “One-of-a-Kind” Opportunity: Flash Films 2023 Showcases Wide Variety of Student-Created Films
Last Friday, Andover students stayed overnight in the Oliver Wendell Holmes Library for the Moviemaker's Club annual Flash Films event. Attendees created seven mini-movies from scratch, ranging from "Love Island," an imitation of the popular reality show, to "PA Stalker ft. Chad," a funny documentary about a stalker. Moviemakers Club celebrated the Flash Films attendees' hard work during a screening on Saturday night. Click here to read more about this event.

Romantic Solo and Divertimento: Academy Orchestras Present Final Show
Last Sunday, the Academy Orchestras performed their final concert of the winter term, featuring violinist Derrick Seo ’23 as a Senior Soloist. The Academy's Amadeus, Chamber, and Symphony ensembles played pieces such as Sibelius’ “Violin Concerto in D Minor” and the “Divertimento No. 11 in D Major” by Mozart.
