Easeful Yoga:

I have renamed the Kind Yoga and Yoga for Unwinding classes to help folks better understand Bloom’s daytime yoga offerings of Easeful Yoga.

Thanks so much for those helping to rename and capture the essence of our yoga classes at Bloom!!!

Mindful Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation:

Our evening classes also provide more movement and longer relaxations.

Yoga for Heart 💜 & Lung 🫁 Health:

Our next 8 week series focuses on physically creating space in the thoracic region of our bodies for movement and breath while nurturing our tender and energetic hearts. Discover what a breath-centric yoga practice is?!?!

PS: If you need to miss a class, it can be made up at any other class day and time during the 8-week period. We want you to have Your Yoga!!!

Strengthening your digestion!
We can’t wait to meet you on the mat and share this special style of yoga with a “Special You”. Our class sizes range from 6-14 participants with room for personal space and social distancing in our peaceful and soothing studio on Union Avenue.

Yoga for Sleep Support
Mini-Retreat

Are you or someone you know struggling with sleeping?
Treat yourself or a loved one to a 1/2 day retreat of natural soothing
practices that affect the architecture of the nervous system.
The Mini-Retreat includes simple breathing & relaxation techniques, gentle movement, mindfulness meditation, self-massage, eye care yoga, Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help, and other ways to help support your sleep routine.
