The Service Design Network embraces Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). We are committed to DEI and has been working diligently over the last years to map out efforts that ensure it stands at the forefront of all we do today and what we envision for tomorrow.

We believe that DEI can only genuinely come to life when they permeate all systems within an organisation. DEI must begin at the top and be connected into strategy and operations for it to be successful. At SDN, 50% of our leadership board is made up of women. We aim for diverse representation on our Global Conference stage and financial inclusive programme is integrated to our projects.
