In the past few years, Rustenburg Girls’ High School has seen many changes as we work towards making our school a reflection of who we are and who we want to be. We have committed ourselves to becoming a school that reflects our diverse society. To help us reach this goal, the school has established a Transformation, Equity and Belonging (TEB) Committee in 2022.

To move forward and continue on this journey of transformation we have established

four working groups. It is important that all stakeholders are represented in these working groups, and so we are reaching out to you as parents/guardians to become involved in one of these established working groups. TEB Working groups include: Heritage, Culture, Signs and Symbols; Academic Curriculum; Staff Recruitment, Retention and Wellness; Learner Admissions, Engagement and Wellness.

Read more about the TEB Working groups and the functions of the TEB Committee here. Please contact Ms Norma Caesar (caesarn@rghs.org.za) if you are willing to serve on one of our TEB Working Groups.
