Briefing Call: Shifting the public debate on financial reform

Since last year, the Lab has been working with the New Economy Organisers Network and members of the Transforming Finance Network to find out how we can shift the public debate on financial reform in order to support progressive change.

Civil society representatives are invited to a briefing call on 8 March 2023 to:

  1. Discover and discuss findings from focus groups held in politically salient constituencies – with Public First’s Liv Bailey.
  2. Learn the latest tips for framing and messaging your financial reform advocacy campaigns to shift public thinking and influence legislators – with NEON’s Funmibi Ogunlesi.
  3. Find out more about the project, new resources available, and how you can get involved going forward.

Please get in touch if you’re interested in attending, and find out more email us

Event: Climate Safe Learning Lab – 2 March 2023
What will it take for banks to strike a balance between energy security, affordability and sustainability?

We invite members of the Climate Safe Learning Lab community to our next virtual community convening on 2 March – a pre-competitive, confidential space strictly for banking professionals to connect with their peers to contemplate these key questions.

We'll explore this issue together from the multiple perspectives provided by attendees and invited speakers, with expert facilitation to guide us towards reframing this 'wicked problem' and the next steps in sourcing solutions.
