4. Canada moves toward euthanasia for children

A report by the Special Joint Committee on Medical Assistance in Dying to Parliament makes several recommendations which have been widely criticised as dangerous and even reckless…“Mature minors”. The recommendations for euthanasia for children are highly controversial. 5. Top Massachusetts Court finds that unborn babies are persons when they are killed as a result of the homicide of their mother
(NRLC) - On Tuesday the Court ruled that “personhood rights extend to a fetus that is killed as a result of the homicide of a pregnant person,” Allie Reed reported. “Through its decision, the court affirmed the jury’s convictions and declined to overturn precedent set in the 1984 case Commonwealth v.
