Based on the hugely popular British TV comedy series, the stage production of 'Allo Allo' follows some of the adventures of Rene Artois, a hapless cafe owner in war-torn occupied France. Along with his wife, Edith, and the cafe staff, Rene finds himself and the cafe at the centre of many plans and plots by the French resistance, German Army, Gestapo and a hiding place for two British airmen. This stage production, much like the TV show, features all of your favourite characters, catchphrases, and the humorous moments that accompanied it!

After Hurricane Gabriel we had a lovely sunny day. Perhaps the Universe has sent the sun to cheer us up. We were met by two small excited puppies .How lucky they are to have 30 acres to run around on. We were introduced to each other and then wearing wellies and gloves we went to work planting some trees in one of the paddocks. Everybody took their turn helping to dig the grass away making a deep hole, planting the tree and followed on top of the plant with some sheep's droppings. After the hard work was finished we had a walk around to take in the most stunning views. Wow really was ''Wings on top of the mountain''
Johanna's house was created from a ''Sheep shearing shed''. The house is double glazed and has some really fabulous features inside. Lots of different textures have been used all Johanna & hubby's own ideas. Our day ended with a lovely shared afternoon tea.
Thankyou to Wings for organising and Johanna for inviting us --- Janina
