| What’s Up With the Horse Farm?Litchfied, NH-What’s Up on Facebook
On February 20th, Jayson Brennen gave the following recap on what’s happening at the horse farm at the intersection of 3A and Corning Rd.
“Seeing that it sounds like the bulldozers are taking to the old horse farm, we dug through the archives (from 2021) and put together this recap. We don’t guarantee that the below is 100% accurate, but it’s close. The property was sold a few years ago to a local developer. In total, it’s about 40 acres. The developer brought a plan to the Planning Board back in 2021 and it took till May of 2022 to get approved. The development will be 64 condo units. They will be townhouse-style, 3br, with garage. I think they said about 1500sf of living space. The old house will be saved and turned into two condo units. The lower field will not be developed. In fact, if you look at the plan, only half the property will be developed. If I remember correctly, a bike path will lead to Moores Falls and eventually connect to ABQ.”

| St. Patrick’s ParadeManchester, Sun Mar 26 at Noon
“This longstanding Manchester tradition may be the granddaddy of all St. Patrick’s Day events in the Granite State. Organizations from around the state hoist the tricolor, don their green and march down Elm Street for the parade (which is held on a late-March Sunday every year to avoid competition). Park your lawn chair along the route, wave to the annually-nominated Grand Marshal and scout out more guys in kilts than you’ll see all year.” (NH Magazine) Parade route runs along Elm Street from Salmon to Central Streets. Find more info about the parade.
