The 18-21 Transition Program at North is fundraising for Special Olympics Colorado!
Special Olympics is hosting its annual 5k walk/run & Polar Plunge fundraiser. The Denver event is at Wash Park on Sunday, March 5th in the morning. You can choose to walk/run the 5K and/or participate in the Polar Plunge (jumping into a very cold chlorinated pool!)
If you can’t participate, you can still support us by donating to our team & supporting Special Olympics which provides tons of fantastic opportunities for people throughout Colorado!

Assessments Opt Out
The P/SAT (for 9th, 10th, and 11th-grade students) and CMAS (for 11th-grade students) are the official State Exams that will be occurring in April. These exams are both important for students’ post-secondary goals as well as our school’s official rating on the School Performance Framework through the state. If there is some reason your student should not take this exam, the last date to indicate that is February 28th, and needs to be done through Parent Portal, click here and follow the instructions if you would like to opt your student out. After February 28th, we will not be able to opt anyone out of these exams and the expectation will be that your student is here for their exam(s).

Exclusión de evaluaciones

Estos exámenes son importantes tanto para las metas postsecundarias de los estudiantes como para la calificación oficial de nuestra escuela en el Marco de rendimiento escolar a través del estado.
