Easy Levelling
with Threaded Stems

Finally, here’s a way to easily level heavy-duty casters equipped with threaded stems. Over the years, customers have expressed their frustration at how difficult and expensive it can be to level equipment outfitted with casters. We tasked our engineering and design team with developing a solution. And they did. We are pleased to announce that we are now taking orders for threaded stems with a hex head or socket.

The stems are lathed on our CNC machine with either a 3/8” hex head (male) or hex socket (female). The head can easily be rotated using a socket wrench and an Allen key will do the same for the hex socket. The hex head/socket can be added to any threaded stem that is ¾” or larger including metric stems and those made from stainless steel.

This solution is perfect for our 5400, 7000, 7003, 7009, Maxx™, Maxx9™, Tornado™, Twister™ and Typhoon™ casters. The hex-cap stems are ideal when equipment is being used on uneven surfaces but has to remain perfectly level. Food preparation, chemical processing, pharmaceutical and precision equipment manufacturing environments are good examples.
