The Bridge Center Hosts 3rd Annual Bridging the Gap!

The Bridge Center for Hope is excited to host its 3rd Annual Bridging the Gap Community Event in honor of May's Mental Health Awareness month. 

This FREE community fair will help our community learn more about how the Bridge Center for Hope provides services to help those with mental health and substance use challenges. It will also showcase the agencies and organizations that are providing critical services addressing mental and behavioral health needs in our community, as well as breaking down silos, opening doors, and forming new partnerships in order to heal the whole person.

Together we can bridge the gap and provide mental health and substance use services to those in need.

The Bridge Center to Release 2022 Annual Report

The Bridge Center for Hope will release its second Annual Report this month where we'll check in on the state of mental health and substance use in our community and how the Bridge Center is serving the needs of those in crisis.

The Bridge Center at a Glance

In February, the facility received 239 guest presentations, with 221 admitted. There were 173 unique guests, with a monthly readmission rate of 19%. (If served within 30 days of discharge, guests are considered readmitted.) There have been 5,726 guest presentations since the facility's opening, with 5,461 admissions.
