Have your say - what learning really matters

In the last couple of years, the way you engage with your studies has transformed. As a community, we have all faced unique challenges, including navigating through the pandemic and the current cost-of-living crisis.
Royal Holloway staff have worked with students from each School to produce a survey that will enable us better understand your perception of engagement with your studies, we are investigating what methods of teaching help you engage with your degree and what can cause you to become less engaged.
For your chance to win one of ten £50 College Card credits fill out the Student Engagement, Student Success survey https://tinyurl.com/RHengage by 24 March.

CVStac

This week, we will be focussing on the Self-management skills.
Joining a Social Action project or working with a community partner gives you the opportunity to improve on a number of skills. As a volunteer you may have a list of different tasks that need to be completed within a certain amount of time. Focussing on these tasks will allow you to be productive, ensuring that you meet the expectations that the project or partner might have of their volunteers, demonstrating your integrity. In particular, you may need to adapt to changing circumstances during an opportunity, or to demonstrate your initiative when finding solutions to problems.
