Safety First! 

Call 911 as your first call if the motorcoach breaks down anywhere near the road. Get a policeman to put his lights on behind the motorcoach. Then call Scholastica while the driver calls motorcoach company.

Please inform Scholastica with any major motorcoach equipment malfunctions. Let us help you solve these situations so you can focus on your tour.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Our team stands ready to meet the travel needs of our customers and we are excited for the tour season! 

2023 DC Fam Trip - What a great weekend!
Thanks to all of the tour leaders and guests that attended our DC fam! It was a wonderful weekend of learning and fun.  Check out the highlight video. 

Save the Date(s)!
Scholastica Travel Inc will be hosting a NYC familiarization trip November 17, 2023 - November 19, 2023. Details to come, but the weekend will include tickets to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Please join us!

Scholastica Travel Inc also will be hosting the annual Washington DC fam March 1, 2024 - March 3, 2024.  

American Express Gift Card
Tour leaders will notice an upcoming change in their tour packets. One $100 prepaid American Express Card will be included for each bus for parking fees. One should be distributed per bus to each assistant tour leader. If you are not asked to pay for parking, please deduct the $100 from your invoice.  If you do pay for parking, please provide receipts, and deduct the remaining gift card amount off of your invoice. Please do not return this gift card to the office.

Invoicing 
Remember to keep any excess money you may have and deduct it from your final invoice.  Please return receipts to the office.  We kindly request that you do not return checks or cash to the office. Auditing is completed on a trip by trip basis. Do not hold money or checks to use for another trip. 

Use the most updated invoice when you submit your payment request each time.  This invoice is updated regularly and reflects current federal mileage reimbursement rates.  The federal mileage rate was increased 3 cents to 65.5 cents per mile in 2023.
