Thank you to everyone who attended our recent Property Updates this week in Waitara, Ngāmotu and on our Livestream.

It was great to meet with our uri to share our current and future development opportunities in our rohe.

At last night's Property Update we launched Pukekura - The Parade, our 35 modern townhouse development in New Plymouth's CBD.

These high-spec townhouses are a mix of:

• 15 x 2-bed, 19 x 3-bed and 1 x 4-bedroom homes.
• Each townhouse will have a private internal courtyard, onsite car parking and open plan kitchen and living.

Te Kotahitanga o Te Atiawa are interested in your feedback to help inform aspects of our housing programme.

For over nine months the old Atkinson Building on Devon Street West has been under wraps while a complete refurbishment takes place.

Next week Te Kotahitanga o Te Atiawa, along with representatives from Ngāti Te Whiti hapū will publicly announce Ngāmotu House as the building’s new name. This will be acknowledged in dawn ceremony, along with unveiling a hoarding showing the new exterior design.
