Info-Mosel: Infographics: Pertinent and Straight-Forward Teaching Aids

Info-Morsels are a fresh, bite-sized faculty development offering! The latest Info-Morsels, we feature two infographics created by Drs. Krista Dowhos, Alim Nagji and Jonathan Sherbino. The first will focus on learner/preceptor mutual orientation at the beginning of a learning shift. For those of us who have episodic teaching assignments, orienting to our learner’s context and goals is important to ensure a great experience for both the learner and preceptor. The second will focus on managing the oral case presentation after the learner has assessed a patient with a new complaint independently, a throwback to the classic One Minute Preceptor Model. Enjoy!
