Sign up for Grad Guests, Pictures, Fee Payments, & Donations

DUE DATE: March 15th!

Please pay your Fees as soon as possible. The fees go directly to the event costs, materials, your child’s gown and supplies, and more. If the payments are not made, the grad gowns etc. will not be ordered for your child. Please have all payments in by March 15th. For graduates who may be struggling to pay for the event, please call the school.

Donations to Grad Fees

Some of our families have hardships which make paying for the graduation fees difficult. If you are able to donate to this fund, it will go to supporting students who normally would not be able to afford walking the stage. Please consider donating. There is a taxable receipt for donations over $20, select Summit Trails and in the comment section, please put GRADUATION. Thank you so much.

Convocation

Location: Bert Church Theatre

Doors open at 6:00 pm - students arrival

Ceremony start time: 6:30 pm

Tickets per grad student: 5

Missed Your Graduation Sitting?

The bookings are now closed, however if you missed the date and are still interested, please call the school and talk with Cheryl. 403 945 4197

Course Credits and Graduation

Our guidance counsellor has been working over time double checking students academic reports for graduation. Please be aware, if a student is not successful in passing one or more courses, it could change their year-end graduation.

There is opportunity for students to return to Summit Trails to finish off their requirements the following year. In light of the many changes in our lives over the past 2 years, some students may need to take an extra year to complete their studies.

Parents and students if you would like to see the Detailed Academic Report of all your child’s high school courses, you will need to sign up for PASI - MyPass
