Basketball Hoops
Please ensure basketball hoops are weighted (sand recommended) so they are not in danger of tipping over – there have been several high wind warnings recently which could cause hoops to fall.  Hoops must be in state of good repair with nets fully secured to the rim, and must be located adjacent to or in the owner’s driveway. Hours of play are restricted to no earlier than 9 a.m. and no later than 9 p.m.  The hoop shall not be placed on the road right of way, on the street, or so that the play takes place in the street, sidewalks, or common areas.  The backboard must be positioned so that missed shots will and in the goal-owners’ lot and not the neighbor’s property.

Pets
As a reminder please be sure to clean up after our pets and not allow them to enter onto or defecate on others property.

Street Lights
Dominion Power has been contacted about several street light outages.  If you see a light out please report it to us at concerns@LMROA.com and we will report it to the property entity or make arrangements for repairs.

Common Area Inspections
The Modifications Committee has resumed their monthly common area inspections.  If you see something in need of attention please send an email to us at concerns@LMROA.com

Moving or Selling your home?
Resale documents must be ordered through the Community Archives website. To inquire about the status of your documents, please call the CMC office at 703-631-7200 and ask for the Resale Department.

We encourage homeowners to return their pool passes, gate transponders, and resident decals to the Site Office when leaving the community. They can be placed in the drop box next to the HOA office door. Pool passes and gate transponders are not transferrable and are deactivated once a homeowner moves out of the community. If you are renting back, please let the Site Office know so that we do not deactivate your gate transponders and GateKey account before you move out of the Community.

Management and Board Contact Information
Questions, comments or concerns for the Board or Association Management?  Please send your email to concerns@LMROA.com.  The Site Office is open by appointment only.  Please email concerns@LMROA.com to schedule an appointment or leave a message for staff at 703.753.7745.

Sincerely,
LMROA
