Dear TICA members,
TCEB’s Representative in the United Kingdom and Europe is exhibiting at “The Meetings Show UK”, organized by Northstar Meetings Group targeting exclusively the European business events market, a two-day B2B MICE tradeshow from Wednesday 28 to Thursday 29 June 2023. We would like to invite M&I stakeholders in Thailand to be our stand partners. This is an opportunity to meet one-to-one with buyers from the UK and Europe to showcase any new developments and educate the market about Thailand.
As the tradeshow will be taking place in person, hotel chains and DMCs that have representatives based in the United Kingdom or Europe is beneficial. Hotel chains with multiple properties or DMCs that operate throughout Thailand are preferred.

Format: Tabletop meeting sessions as part of B2B tradeshow event
Approx. no. of buyers: 1,200 European buyers over two-day event
No. of participating suppliers: 3 companies (Max. of 1 participant / company)
Eligibility: 1-2 hotels and 1-2 DMCs
Partner Contribution: GBP 3,000 per company*
The partner contribution will go directly toward the space rental cost of the event. Combined with the budget provided by TCEB, the budget will be used to secure exhibition space and appointment diary under Thailand Stand.
Registration period: 10.00 hrs. on Tuesday 21 March 2023 to 17.00 hrs. on Friday 24 March 2023
*The cost of participation will be confirmed based on the number of partners. The fee will not exceed GBP 3,000 and UK VAT will be applied.
