Presidents Message - April 2023
Hi Everyone,
Due to a change in our flightplan we are diverting to our alternate for this Thursdays venue. Our EAA Chapter 58 meeting will be at CB SkyShare at KOGD on Thursday. We will have a pizza social beforehand starting at 1800, with the meeting afterward, starting at 1830. This month we will be looking at the Vans RV12. The RV12 we will be looking at is an SLSA (Special Light-Sport Aircraft), which is factory built. Because it is factory built, instruction and rental is allowed. Come out and socialize with us while we talk about airplanes around the RV12! Hope to see you there!
Also, we are seeking chapter members to help the chapter with various tasks, such as picking up pizza and/or drinks. The chapter will pay or reimburse for these expenses. We also need help picking up tables from the chapter hangar, moving them to where they need to be, setting them up and reversing the process after the meeting, etc.. If we are not able to find the support needed, another option is to move to BYOC (bring your own chair) events. If you are willing to help with this please text Chapter 58 at
