The flight is $50, but to make things even tastier and fancier, we'll have two special, $300 bottles you can add to the flight for $25 each! And, if you do all seven pours for $100, we'll throw in a charcuterie plate as well. If you do the whole schbang you'll taste over $1200 in retail wine!

Several customers recently requested that we do a quirky pairing flight of the show The White Lotus, and we listened! After our birthday main event, from March 21st through 31st we'll be doing a flight of five wines paired to White Lotus, Season Two!
Not familiar with the show? It's an anthology series set at the eponymous White Lotus Resort. Each season takes place at a different franchise of the resort - Season 2 takes place in Sicily, and our flight will feature all Italian wines with a Sicilian focus.
The show is incredibly popular and critically acclaimed - Season 2 has a 93% certified fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Come and taste our take on this dark comedy!

Whether you celebrate or not, Pairings is here to give you an opportunity to get out of the house for a little while. On Easter Sunday, April 9th, from 12-3 pm, we'll be offering a $50 glass of champagne and a bagel bar. We did this for New Years as well, and plenty of you awesome folks came out to hang with us, so we're doing it again!

Discover how foods & flavors can alter your experience of a wine!
On Monday, March 27th 6-7:30 pm, Jeffrey will be offering - for the first time since the pandemic lockdown ended - our Pairings Basics Class. This class is intended to empower your ability to pair wine & food. Learn how to experience wine as an important ingredient of a meal, showing its best when paired!
Here's what the class includes:
- You’ll get to know a single wine and form a strong like/dislike opinion about it.
- Once your opinion is solidified, we’ll expose that one wine to a series of elements, discovering how simple common flavors can alter your experience of the same wine.
- Six pairing elements will be explored, then a group exercise will pull it all together to leave you with amazing “ah-hahs” to enjoy at home and share with friends.
Come have a great time, partake in Jeff's trademark high energy and encyclopedic wine knowledge, and come away with wine tips you can use with your friends and family.
