Here I am again, writing another blog and newsletter to you all about more tragedy that has happened in our world. I am angry and extremely saddened at the latest school shooting that took place in our country almost a month ago in Nashville. And while I could sit here and write an entire essay on just how angry and upset I am that Rice Psychology Group has to keep addressing these tragedies and providing parents and teachers with information on how to speak about incomprehensible topics such as school shootings, I will keep it somewhat brief. 

 

Unfortunately these senseless acts of violence are continuing to happen throughout our country and our team of licensed psychologists believe it’s important that adults make sure they are communicating with their children about this world we are living in.
