WELCOME
We would love to celebrate you and hear how we can support you so share your CYP news, any training/support you would like or let me know if you want to grab a catch up coffee here.
Here at the CYP team we now have Jo Gavin on board, she joined us at the beginning of March. Jo was a Children's Minister within the Rochester Diocese for 11 years at a vibrant and busy church working with both children & youth. So far she has enjoyed visiting a Messy Church goes Wild and Mission Action planning.
How are you resourcing your CYP work? Here at the Diocese we have lots of free resources for you to borrow at our Resource Library. There are Godly Play sets, large play resources,prayer labyrinths, Giant Jenga, Tug of War and a giant inflatable ball for all things children and young people related. It's a really easy form to fill in and we can courier the item to you within 2 days of requesting it.

Youth forums are back!
We want to hear from our youth! Do encourage your young people (aged 13+) to join the Bishop and Archdeacons of their episcopal area to have their say on topics that are important to them and build connections with other young people.
Lay ministry morning, Sat 11 March, 10am-1pm, Zoom
Following the success of the Season of Lay Ministries, held in churches across the Diocese earlier this year, there will be an online lay ministry information evening. Anyone who wishes to take their first tentative steps in exploring a vocation to a lay ministry, including one with children and young people, is welcome to attend, discover more and ask questions. Hympact, appealing hymns for children & adults

Organ and Choral Scholarships
Come There are 4 Choral Scholarships (Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Base) and 1 Organ Scholarship available for 2023-2024. Both have honorariums available. Find out more about the Organ and Choral scholarships here
