February brought more winter and this boy was happy. Also his GA & PA were back home for a bit so it made it an extra special February. This boy is always enteratining us with his dance parties, out of the blue the other day he asked to play the song Mony, Mony by Billy Idol and of course when asked where he heard it before, he answered - school. It was quite funny to hear this little guy say he wanted to hear that song. We are loving this age, he's so inqusitive and always says the darnest things. I guess we'll see what the next month will bring.

We recently cooked this delicious recipe from Hello Fresh. It was so flavourful and everyone enjoyed it. There wasn't a morsel left on anyones plate so I thought I would share it on here. It would go nicley with a sweeter white wine like Riesling or the 6 week Traminer Riesling.
