This 8 minute guided mindfulness meditation will help you to cleanse and refresh your mind and body. Relax and find a beautiful peace, calm, and stillness to let go of thoughts that cause anxiety and take away focus on your daily tasks. A still and calm mind will help you to express love and care to those you encounter throughout the day. Let the spoken dialogue and ambient music guide you to peace and deep healing in just 8 minutes of meditation practice!
