We're in the midst of another atmospheric river event, which means no gleans on the calendar for next week.

If the rain ends when predicted and road conditions clear up, then we'll squeeze in a last-minute glean for Friday 3/17. We'll send an email announcement during the week so keep an eye out for the call-to-action!

Covid Protocol Update 

Per SLO Food Bank's most recent COVID Prevention Plan, outdoor volunteer activities do not require the use of face masks or physical distance, regardless of vaccination status.

Consider making a financial donation (one time or recurring) to your favorite local food rescue team!
DONATE TO GleanSLO
Please keep in mind that our first priority is harvesting for the SLO Food Bank and its community partners and direct recipients. Each farm/site is different and will have varying preferences as to what we do with blemished produce.

Please bring a reusable bag in the event that there is produce for volunteers to take home. Hope to see you out there!
