🏗️ Recent Planning Committee

The most recent Planning Committee meeting took place on Thursday 16 February at 4.30pm. 

Land between 86 and 88 College Road, Whetstone - 22/1045/FUL

  • Site clearance and erection of 2 single storey dwellings (Use Class C3) with access from College Road and on-site parking, together with associated works including landscaping. Land between 86 and 88 College Road, Whetstone. Application resolved to be approved subject to conditions

📝 New Lubbesthorpe

An application for the first two parcels for Phase Two of the New Lubbesthorpe development have been submitted.

This reserved matters application is for 163 dwellings on two residential parcels on Dee Way and Laxford Lane. These dwellings represent a diverse range from affordable single-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom bungalows, to 4 and 5 bedroom houses.

The Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, Michael Gove recently visited New Lubbesthorpe to see the progress and discuss the overall vision.
