Monique grew up on a Sheep and Wheat Farm in NSW. She moved to the 'big city' to study her passion of art, in design and advertising, but eventually quit and moved to QLD. After doing some Chalk board art for a restaurant, 'Monique's Chalk Art' was born. She opened a art studio in 1990 and has been creating ever since. Her work changed the face of chalk art forever and she currently creates using Watercolour and digital mediums.
