Healthy Living Pharmacy (Including LCC funded programmes referrals form link)

The Healthy Living Pharmacy (HLP) framework is aimed at achieving consistent provision of a broad range of health promotion interventions through community pharmacies to meet local need, improving the health and wellbeing of the local population and helping to reduce health inequalities. Since 2021 it has been an essential service so must be offered by all pharmacies as part of the NHS contract. Work will include signposting, mandatory health campaign(s) and perhaps PQS requirement if you are participating in PQS at your pharmacy.

Signposting Mental Health Support: Updated Nightlight Cafe Timetable

The Night Light Service hosts ‘cafes’ in different churches across Lincoln every day of the week. The cafes are hosted by teams of trained volunteers who provide a warm welcome in a peaceful environment created to calm those who attend.

This is a non-clinical, out of hours support service for people experiencing a crisis in their mental health, operating seven days a week as shown below. Their volunteers offer a listening ear and provide signposting advice to guests.

The most up to date timetables can be found below, also on a downloadable pdf here.

In case you missed it: Change of email for NHSBSA Data Services

From 15 March NHSBSA are replacing all support email addresses with one email address to make it simpler to contact them. All queries or requests will need to be sent to the new email address from this date:  DataServicesSupport@nhsbsa.nhs.uk

Please use this email address to contact them for anything in relation to Data Services (Information Services) including prescriptions, dental and/or ophthalmic information.

The following email addresses will no longer be active from 14 March 2023:

What does this mean for you?
You will still receive the same high level of service from knowledgeable support team, but you can now reach them via one email address.

By using one email address, they aim to make it simpler for users to contact NHSBSA. It will help to avoid any confusion as to which email address to use.
