WHAT'S NEW?
Taizé at Grace - Wednesday, March 15th at 7pm in the main church

All are welcome to join us for evening worship in the style of Taizé, with candlelight, icons, song, silence, and prayer as we mark the middle of our Lenten journey. Anointing with holy oil will also be offered during the service as a sacramental reminder of God's healing and saving love for us. Taizé is returning to the floor and rug "crossing" area at the front of our main church sanctuary, to make it more accessible to all.
Attention All Women of Grace Episcopal Church: Happy St. Patrick’s Day – Erin go bragh! ☘️

The March meeting of the Episcopal Church Women will be held on Thursday, March 16th at 12pm at the James Arnold Mansion (Wamsutta Club). We welcome all women to join us as we meet, eat together, hear speakers of interest, and support our Parish, Community, Diocese, Nation, and the World.

Our speaker this month will be our own Jerré Croteau. He is our amazing church historian and will enlighten us about the long history of ECW and the legacy entrusted to us today. In addition to acting as Grace’s historian, Jerré serves in many important roles in the church that have enhanced our parish life and mission. Don’t miss his informative presentation!

If you have any questions, or if you are not a member and would like to attend this enjoyable afternoon, please feel free to call Priscilla Guillemette at 508-264-0832 or Janice Baker at 508-758-2049.

Please remember that we welcome all women regardless of age or religion to share in our Fellowship. Join us for a wonderful afternoon and speaker.
Dear Ones,

As we discover what God is doing in and through Grace Church and as we discern who is called to be our next Rector, we need YOUR input! The Search and Discernment Committee invites your participation in both the survey and listening sessions.

The Survey will take about 20-30 minutes to answer. It is available in both English and Spanish. For those parishioners without access to the internet, you may request a paper copy of the survey be mailed to you by contacting Bill Boyce at 774-328-2383. The survey should be filled out by each individual member of your family. The deadline to complete the survey is March 10, 2023.

March 4th - 3pm (Grace Church)

March 5th - 11am (Grace Church)
Before dawn on February 26, volunteers from HW Staffing Solutions joined the Community Breakfast team to prepare and serve breakfast to our hungry New Bedford neighbors. In addition to their enthusiasm and energy, they brought toothbrushes and other personal hygiene products, coffee mugs, hats, and more. Three volunteers enjoyed it so much, they are joining us again this week!

We are very grateful to Jason DeGrace, Branch Manager of HW Staffing Solutions, for reaching out to us and we look forward to more opportunities with them. If you would like to learn more about HW Staffing, please contact Jason at jdegrace@hwstaffing.com

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Translators Needed for Food Pantry

Martha's Pantry meets Wednesday and Friday mornings at Grace. Our hours are 9:30-10:30 am.

We are experiencing an increase in guests that speak only Spanish, Portuguese or Creole. This causes difficulties for the guests and for those who serve them.

We are looking for a parishioner who might be interested in helping with translation on Wednesday and/or Friday mornings.

Please contact the office at Grace
(office@gracechurchnb.org or 508-993-0547) if you are able to help.

Thank you!
