Join our team - Helpdesk Officer and Marketing & Engagement Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing & Engagement Manager and a Helpdesk Officer to join the 360Giving team. Please share these roles in your networks and with colleagues and friends who you think would be a great fit!

Marketing and Engagement Manager, £45k per annum, full-time, remote with regular travel to London 

This post will oversee all engagement and communications at 360Giving, including developing marketing and engagement strategies, leading on policy and advocacy and overseeing 360Giving’s events and networks. This role is ideal for someone who relishes hands-on communication and is interested in policy, with experience of working across multiple marketing and communications channels. 

Helpdesk Officer, £32k per annum, full-time, remote with regular travel to London 

This role will be responsible for providing both technical and practical Helpdesk support for grantmaking organisations who share their grants using the 360Giving Data Standard. Key responsibilities include outreaching to prospective 360Giving publishers, developing guidance, ensuring grantmakers feel supported through the 360Giving publishing process and supporting users to access 360Giving’s products and services.
