Five County Association of Governments is updating a regional economic development strategy for the area covering Beaver, Garfield, Iron, Kane, and Washington County. This strategy is known as the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). One of the key pieces of the strategy is to collect information from business owners in the area.

The Kane County Office of Tourism, the Utah Rural County Grant Program, the Kanab Area Chamber of Commerce and Buddy Mail Advertising have joined together to help promote Kane County businesses and chamber members through a new business grant opportunity.
