Vision for Volunteering: How does volunteering need to adapt by 2032?
If you follow the latest statistics on volunteering, you'll know that national levels of formal volunteering fell significantly from 2019/20 to in 2020/21. The good news is that the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) has invested in funding to support the Vision for Volunteering.
The Vision for Volunteering is a ten year strategy which aims to increase awareness and appreciation of volunteering, give volunteers and communities power, have an equitable and diverse volunteer base across England and promote collaboration and experimentation.
Volunteer Centre Sutton is one of over 300 organisations nationally who have contributed to the Vision for Volunteering so far.
