It is that time of year again when we start to ramp up preparations for our Annual Gala fundraiser. This year, we will be honoring the Bay Area’s own Rudy Galindo, a U.S. National Champion and World Bronze Medalist, with a show called “Perseverance” on April 8, 2023 at 7:30 PM at the Yerba Buena Ice Skating & Bowling Center located at 750 Folsom Street in San Francisco, CA. What a special night of memories and celebration it will be!

U.S. Junior National Pair Champions, Ellie Korytek and Timothy Chapman
U.S. National Team Member and Two-Time U.S. Junior Silver Medalist, Dinh Tran
U.S. National Team Member and Youth Olympics Silver Medalist, Kate Wang
U.S. Junior Pewter Medalist, Daniil Murzin
…plus many more, including our own Tremors and San Francisco Ice Theatre.

On behalf of US Figure Skating, we would like to congratulate you all for participating in the 2022-2023 National Qualifying Series (NQS). The NQS was the first step in the 2023 qualifying season pipeline and started July 8 and concluded September 25, 2022. Athletes at the Juvenile - Senior levels in singles, pairs and ice dance participated in select official competitions nationwide and earned a score that resulted in a national, sectional, and - for singles events only - regional ranking.
To recognize athletes' participation and achievement in the National Qualifying Series, US Figure Skating provided pins to commemorate the achievements. There are three different types of pins athletes could achieve:
Gold pins awarded to skaters ranked in the top 25% of their event overall.
Silver pins awarded to skaters ranked in the top 50% of their event overall.
Bronze pins for all other participants.
The Pin will be either handed in person or mailed to your registered Entryeeze address this week. If you have another preferred mailing address, please respond by Thursday, March 9th. Once again, congratulations on your achievement in the 2022-2023 season.
