PLEASE NOTE: The DSCBA does not have the staff at this size of event to monitor individual attendees and will need to have at least one family member/caregiver present for individuals with Down syndrome and children. Our priority is safety for everyone attending and we hope you understand. Everyone is welcome to bring family members, friends and/or caregivers to celebrate with us. The party is free for members and their families with advance registration.
DRESS UP FOR WDSD!
Dress casual or wear your fancy party attire. Get in the spirit by wearing blue and yellow and mismatched socks!
Wearing mismatched socks was a campaign started by Down Syndrome International to encourage people to start conversations about diversity, uniqueness, inclusion and acceptance. Socks have been used as a symbol because chromosomes are shaped “like socks” and people with Down syndrome are born with an extra one.

We are preparing a slideshow with images of DSCBA members, their families, and activities. If you would like a special photo or two to be included, please upload them to our Smug Mug folder by clicking HERE. By uploading your photos, you agree the photos CAN be used in the slide show at the WDSD Dance Party on 3/18/23 and you are allowing the DSCBA to share the images in marketing materials or on social media channels.
