Good morning SJ1 family. We have lots of opportunities to "do life together" this week, so lets scroll down and see what is going on at Saint John First this week.

We are now moving into the second week of our series "Impact." Pastor Graham will lead us this week, and we are excited to see what God will reveal to us through him.

We are excited to announce that Pastor Fred is creating a devotional Bible study, this is so exciting and we ask that you participate by sending along your favourite verse, and please be in prayer for Pastor Fred as he moves forward in what God has called him to do.

Hello SJ1 family! I have been feeling God leading me to step out in faith and write my first-ever devotional Bible study and I need your help. I want to write something based on your favourite Bible verses. The plan is to make this available for you when it is completed.
Feel free to send those life-giving words that have carried you through the years to my email (fred@sj1.ca). I look forward to seeing what words God has used to speak in your life, and use that to speak in our lives as we all "do life together!"

Join Pastor Martin and his team Wednesday nights at the church from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm as they bring God's Word to life through discussion and fun games. (grade 6-12)

Check out the Fusion Youth Ministries FB page and get them connected with all that goes on there.

We are excited to see all our moms and kiddos Friday for Mom's Club. Meet us in the church basement for great conversations and laughs, and don't forget about the Coffee!

Our young adults will gather together on Monday, March 13, with our very own Pastor Martin.

We are starting a new Bible Study on March 14th we hope you can join us. On Tuesdays at 1:30 pm.

We welcome anyone who considers themselves "new" to our church family to join our Pastors Sunday, March 19 downstairs after service for Pizza!!!
We would love to take the time to get to know you and enjoy a meal together.

Saturday March 25th work day sponsored by our Building Committee. From 9am to 1pm. Coffee and snacks provided to those who work the hardest.

All are welcome.

Kidsville is looking for anyone who would like to partner with us to fill some openings in our nursery and potentially other areas as well. Our children's ministry is growing and we are so thankful that the Lord has blessed our church with so many young people. So if you love to hold babies, our nursery is an excellent fit for you.
We ask that you seriously and prayerfully consider this role, Just as mentoring is important for us as adults, it is also important for our children too.
Any questions you may have can be directed to our children's Pastor Rebecca, or one of the leaders in our children's ministry.

Brent Caldwell's dad (Marshall Caldwell) has just received a diagnosis this week of Cancer cells being detected in his body. More tests are required to determine the extent and next steps. Your prayers are much appreciated.

Healthcare staff tips & Prayer time

God wants you to be healthy of mind, body and spirit. Are you discouraged about your health and don't know where / how to access services? We hear about the "broken" healthcare system. What things you can do to get the most out of your healthcare encounters?

Meet with healthcare workers from within our congregation for tips, to be followed by a time of prayer.
