About 25 enthousiast job seekers and 10 cargo companies participated in the BRUcargo job fair today. The day started with a bus tour with a stop at DSV and WFS, where the candidates learned more about air freight. Then the interviews took place, the candidates had the chance to have an interview with the companies they were matched with.

Hopefully we can welcome some new faces to BRUcargo soon!

New version of PMA available
In 2021, a first version of the Perishable Management App (PMA) was released, which enabled the digitalization of perishable inspections. During these past few months Air Cargo Belgium joined forces together with Brussels Airport and FASFC to:
- improve the user experience of the application;
- facilitate physical checks of the flowers;
- fresh produce and the overall overview of the inspections.
 
As a result a new version was released to the end users on the 23th of February, which will allow to inspect all perishables fully digital! 

We want to thank the perishable community for their efforts!

Roadworks BRUcargo
During the night of Monday 13/03/2023 to Tuesday 14/03/2023 from 8pm to 6am, the road in front of building 705 will be paved (see indicated area in the picture).

The current traffic situation will be maintained during the works.

International Women's Day
Yesterday we celebrated International Women's Day and recognize the incredible contributions women in logistics have achieved. Women have been historically underrepresented in this industry, but we are proud that more and more women choose a career in logistics, and thereby setting new standards and breaking barriers.

ACB supports all women in the sector and wants to empower them to continue to achieve their goals!

Last night was a festive evening at the award ceremony of Brussels Airport.

Air Cargo Belgium did not go home with an award, but thank you for the nomination which gives us recognition for our community and team's efforts every day!
